You've probably heard countless times that the key to living your best life is “just to love yourself more." It's true. Everything in your life—from your relationships to your career to your emotional well-being—is connected to your ability to love yourself.

But how do you actually cultivate self-love? I’ve created a course to teach you just that.

This course is for you if…

…you've been dating but can't seem to find someone you truly connect with—or who's interested in a deep connection with you.

…your current relationship feels stuck, and your efforts to improve it or end it keep coming up short.

…you have your relationships figured out, but your career remains a puzzle, and you're uncertain about your path—or too afraid to pursue your goals.

…you might have it all on the surface, but deep down you feel anxious, depressed, and/or you can’t seem to relax and be in the moment.

During this three-month group course, I’ll guide you to create your own unique formula to build, nurture, and sustain self-love.

Weekly solo activities to cultivate self-love

Course Materials & Resources >

  • Ever wonder why our minds seem wired for self-doubt and anxiety? We’ll look at how our upbringing and environment contribute to those pesky negative thoughts and come up with ways to generate a little more self-love.

  • How do we deal with persistent negative thought patterns? We’ll explore how to utilize meditation and other techniques to disentangle from the self-destructive thoughts that keep playing out in our minds.

  • How do our negative emotions toward others affect our capacity to love ourselves? We’ll learn strategies to contend with anger, frustration, and irritation, paving the way for a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

  • This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, foster a deeper group connection, and start to integrate the course lessons into your life.

  • We’ll look at how our upbringing is impacting our current self and interpersonal dynamics. We’ll also gain insights into how family experiences shape our relationships and discover strategies for fostering healthier connections right now.

  • We’ll explore the negative coping mechanisms we've adopted in response to our upbringing and environment. We’ll also look at how those negative coping mechanisms— including our relationships with drugs, alcohol, and food—may stand in the way of fully accepting and loving ourselves.

  • Believe it or not, our relationship with money is an emotional relationship, too. We’ll dive into the connections between money, our families, and our cultural backgrounds, and work toward cultivating a healthier relationship with money.

  • This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, foster a deeper group connection, and start to integrate the course lessons into your life.

  • Why do friendships play such an important role in our ability to love ourselves? We’ll explore how we approach our friendships, focusing on what's working well, how we can improve as friends, and how to leverage our friendships to reinforce self-love and our capacity to grow.

  • Whether or not we’re in a romantic relationship, we’ll all benefit by reflecting on our strengths and weaknesses as partners. By expanding our capacity to love ourselves, we’ll strengthen our existing relationships, make it easier to attract the right partner, and/or savor being single.

  • The way we communicate has a massive effect on the quality of our relationships. We'll assess both our communication strengths and challenges and learn about my approach to loving—and successful!—communication.

  • This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and devise an action plan for continuing to integrate the lessons from this course into your life.
